The ground rules for using Better Weather Australia.
Short version: The app is for your personal use. We work hard to keep the weather accurate, but forecasts are forecasts — for safety-critical decisions, always check official Bureau of Meteorology warnings and advice from emergency services.
Acceptance
By downloading or using Better Weather Australia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Licence
You may use one copy of the app per device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- modify or copy the app or its content;
- use the app or its content for any commercial purpose or public display;
- decompile or reverse engineer any part of the app;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notices; or
- transfer the app or its content to another person, or mirror it on any other service.
This licence ends automatically if you break any of these restrictions, and may be ended by Jesse Jackson at any time.
Subscriptions
Better Weather Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple account settings.
Disclaimer
The app and its content are provided "as is". Weather information comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Jesse Jackson makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app or its content.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jesse Jackson is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The app may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content, and visiting them is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current version, which will always be available on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
